  • Led BIM strategy across architecture, structure, and MEP on simultaneous high-profile commercial projects, standardizing templates, family libraries, and coordination workflows firm-wide.
  • Directed architectural systems coordination for CLEAR's 119,226 SF headquarters at 4 World Trade Center, resolving complex 3D ceiling geometry against structure and MEP under tight tolerances.
  • Produced BIM standards, documentation, and fitout coordination for 25+ JPMorgan Chase locations spanning branch fitouts, executive floors, and client environments across NYC and Upstate New York.
  • Designed FF&E packages and parametric furniture models for BMW's flagship Manhattan showroom at 555 W 57th St., supporting specifications, finishes, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Administered 300+ BIM 360 / ACC projects since 2018, setup, permissions, model coordination, issue tracking, and led firmwide Revit training annually, raising studio-wide BIM proficiency.

  • Ran an independent design and visualization practice over six years, delivering across residential, commercial, and mixed-use typologies in the US, China, and the Dominican Republic.
  • Designed and produced full visualization package for a 130,000 SF mixed-use development in Alpena, MI, Revit documentation, Lumion renders, and site coordination drawings.
  • Consulted on the BURTON IN99 flagship retail concept in Chengdu, shaping the proposal narrative around sustainable reuse of construction materials and snowboarding gear across a 370 sqm space in a luxury mall.
  • Designed five ground-up single-family residences in the Dominican Republic, schematic design through construction documentation, coordinating with local builders on materials and site constraints.
  • Produced net-zero residential master plan for a Utah development, passive solar orientation, high-performance envelope detailing, and energy modeling integrated from early schematic phase.
  • Designed Beachy Apartments, a 6-unit residential building in San Cristobal, Dominican Republic, inspired by water dynamics along coastal rock formations, 40 minutes south of the beach.
